My canon dslr.

This blog is about my journey of learning to get onto the creative side of my canon camera. I have also started a challenge with my 3 sisters to post 4 photos a week, we each take turns to pick our theme, I also have started a photo a day for the month of January with a group on the internet.

New piece for business card.

I am using this image in my new business cards, you may notice the space above and below the image, this is to allow my name and details to fit there. More images later.
I am also refreshing my mind on using my macbook air as I want to take it away with me and hopefully send you some images if I get in a wifi area, and send emails, of course if I don't get a reply there will be hell to play.

Two more of mine.

Someone I love, Saturday Hayley and I went down to see the circus animals but it was abit late and getting dark when we got there.

Curls. grey curls. Not sure if I put this one on already.

forgot to add these.

This is the image of the PDF pattern I brought,
Here it is all taped up ready to cut out.

One of Jackys

Jackys step by step, old boat, I sanded down the boat , then painted it white ( off course) then copied the sails onto lace fabric, the original had eyelets on the sails, I put vintage buttons on instead then I  put it altogether again, sanded down some of the edges to give it the worn look. And there you have it.

Another step by step, more photos to come. I purchased off the internet a dress pattern in a PDF form, printed it out, it took 65 pages, most only with lines on them. I then cellotaped them altogether and cut out the pattern, the sleeve pattern you can see the joins. This is a very loose fitting style and it fitted really well, even got the sleeves fitting nicely. I will take more of the finished piece.
